Do you do International Shipments?
Yes, but if your country does not appear in the list, write us an email to hello@comounpezenelagua and we solve it.
When does the order arrive?
Once your product is ready, you will receive an email: Your order has been completed, and 24 / 48h you will receive the product at the address indicated if it is within the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands and for the rest of international shipments a maximum 7 business days.
Where can I buy a bikini in a physical store?
Our bikinis are available in many shops. You can see them all here.
Is there a guide to choose the size?
All the information about the equivalence of sizes is in our size guide.
Can I change my items?
Yes. To make a change of articles or size, you must fill in the form indicating the reason for the change – the changes are subject to availability of article stock, size and color desired. In 24h / 48h you will receive an email with the change instructions.
Can I return my bikini?
Of course! You can see how to make a return here.
What is the deadline to make the change or return?
The term for any change or return is 15 days from receipt of the product.
What are the conditions of a refund after the return of an item?
Once received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition will proceed to the reimbursement of it, you will receive a notification by mail and within a period of maximum 7 business days you will receive the amount in your account.
How to track my order?

What are the best care for the garment?
– Too much chlorine can discolor the tissue.
– An excess of sunscreens and oils can discolor the tissue.
– Rinse with water after use in pool and beach.
– Neutral detergent.
– Dry inside out and don’t expose to the sun light, in order to preserve the original look.
– Do not iron.
