CHANGES POLICY

How can I make an exchange?

You have 15 days from the time you receive the product at home to request an exchange. Most importantly, if you want to make an exchange or return, make sure that you have tried on the bottom part with your underwear on and are going to return it to us without any stains and in the same condition as we sent it. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for dirty or used garments, stains from makeup or other substances, traces of deodorants or perfumes, nor washed or similar.

  • You can easily and quickly make model and/or size changes by contacting customer service and indicating:
  • Name
  • Order number
  • Garments to be exchanged (what you deliver and what you want)

The first exchange you make will be free, from the 2nd exchange the cost will be at your expense, the cost will be €7 which must be paid via bank transfer. You have 15 days from the time you receive the product to request the exchange.

A courier will deliver your new requested size/model to you in 24/48 hours (working days). Have the product ready to return to hand over to the courier who will give you the new product. Remember that if you only want to change one of the parts, you only need to return that piece to us (top or bottom) and put it in a sealed envelope. The courier will deliver the new product and you must give the other to him at the same time.

EXCEPTION FOR CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: due to customs, we cannot make exchanges, it must be managed as a return. In no case will Como un pez en el agua take charge of customs, in case there are any they must be managed and paid for beforehand by the customer.

In case you want to make a change outside of Spain, it will be managed as in the Canary Islands. You must make the return of what you do not want and buy on the website what you want as a new purchase.
