How can I make an exchange?
You have 15 days from the date you receive the product at home to request an exchange. Above all, if you want to make an exchange or return, make sure it has the tag and that you have tried on the bottom part with your underwear on and that you will return it to us without any stains and in the same condition we sent it to you. Exchanges of dirty or used garments, stained with makeup or other substances, with deodorant or perfume residues, or washed or similar will not be accepted.
You can easily and quickly exchange models and/or sizes by contacting customer service and providing:
- Name
- Order number
- Garments to exchange (which one you are returning and which one you want)

The first exchange you make will be free. From the 2nd exchange onwards, the cost will be at your expense, which will be €7 and must be paid via bank transfer. You have 15 days from the date you receive the product to request the exchange.
A courier will deliver your new requested size/model within 24/48 hours (working days). Please have the product you wish to return ready to hand over to the courier when they deliver the new product. Remember that if you only want to exchange one of the parts, you only need to return that piece (top or bottom) and place it in a sealed envelope. The courier will deliver the new product, and you must hand over the other one at the same time.
EXCEPTION FOR CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: Due to customs, we cannot process exchanges; they must be managed as a return. In no case will Como un pez en el agua be responsible for customs duties; if there are any, they must be managed and paid for in advance by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: Outside of Spain, you must return what you don't want and purchase what you want as a new order through the website.
