How can I return my order?
You have 15 days from receiving the product at your home to request a return. Especially, if you want to make a return, make sure you have tried on the bottom part with your underwear and you will return it to us without any stains and in the same condition that we sent it to you. No CHANGES or RETURNS will be accepted if the garments are dirty or used, stained with makeup or other substances, with remnants of deodorants or perfumes, or washed or similar.
If you want to return any of our products, you can go through the process in two options:
OPTION 1: The first is to send it to us at our offices. To do this, send us an email to hello@comounpezenelagua.com and we will give you the shipping details. The shipping cost must always be borne by the customer, shipments with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances.
OPTION 2: The second option is with a home pick-up which costs €8 for residents in the Peninsula and €10 for the Balearic Islands. This amount will be deducted from the final refund of the item. We manage the return for you in our returns portal with IMPAKTA in just a few seconds, quickly and conveniently.

Enter the delivery note number that comes on the GLS shipping label or order number
Indicate the shipping date that comes on the GLS shipping label
Click on "Search"
Then, you must indicate if you prefer to request the return with home pick-up or delivery to the nearest convenience point.
For orders from CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, and outside of Spain, they must send it to our offices themselves.
Under no circumstances will Como un pez en el agua be responsible for possible customs duties. The customer must pay them in advance. The shipping cost must always be borne by the customer, shipments with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please include the original invoice you received along with the product you want to return.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to Como un pez en el agua (defective product or not matching the purchased reference), we will be the ones who will bear the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. In that case, you should write to hello@comounpezenelagua.com instead of initiating the request through the portal to manage it.
How will I receive the amount of my return?
Once we have received your package in perfect condition, the warehouse colleagues will notify us that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition. Then, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order by refund in the same payment method you made your purchase with.
The amount of the refund corresponds to the purchase you made. If you have chosen the option to return it at your own expense, you will be refunded the total amount of the purchase made, and if you have chosen the option through our portal, the shipping cost indicated above will be deducted from the total purchase made.
The refund payment may take 7-10 business days. Please be patient, in the summer season the packages may arrive at our warehouse but we may take a few more days to notify you of the refund due to the large number of packages we receive.

All products purchased at Como un pez en el agua are guaranteed for the period provided by current legislation for manufacturing defects. We have an after-sales service to solve any problems you may have with our items or shipments, through which we offer fast and efficient attention to our customers. In case you have any problem with the quality of our bikinis, contact us. If it has come undone, we will fix it for you at no cost.
The warranty of the products purchased at Como un pez en el agua excludes their replacement in, among others, the following cases:
Deterioration of the product due to misuse.
Deterioration of the garment due to stains from aggressive products (bleach, dyes, etc.).
Deterioration of the garment due to washing with inappropriate detergent.
And, in any case, when the damage or deterioration of the products sold occurs due to causes beyond Como un pez en el agua.
