Return policy

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days from receiving the product at your home to request a return. Above all, if you want to make a return, make sure you have tried on the bottoms with your underwear on and that you return them to us without any stains and in the same condition that we sent them. CHANGES or RETURNS with dirty or used garments, stained with makeup or other substances, with deodorant or perfume residue, or washed or similar will not be accepted.
The "Your Design" service for personalizing your garment, as it is a piece created especially for you, also does not accept returns.

We will manage your return through our return portal with IMPAKTA in just a few seconds, quickly and easily.

If you want to return any of our products, you can request a home pickup, at a cost of €8 for residents in the Peninsula and €10 for the Balearic Islands. This amount will be deducted from the final refund of the item.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ATTACH THE ORDER INVOICE FOR THE RETURN AND FOR THE ITEM TO HAVE THE LABEL.

IMPORTANT: DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES.

You just have to follow the instructions:

  1. 1. Access our returns portal.
  2. 2. Enter the delivery note number found on the GLS shipping label or the order number found on the invoice.
  3. 3. Indicate the shipping date found on the GLS shipping label.
  4. 4. Click on “Search”.
  5. 5. Next, you must indicate whether you prefer to request the return with home pickup or with delivery at the nearest convenience point.

For orders from CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA and outside Spain, you must send them at your own expense to our offices.

  • In no case will Como un pez en el agua be responsible for possible customs fees. The customer must pay these in advance.
  • The shipping cost must always be borne by the customer; shipments with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Please include the original invoice you received along with the product you wish to return.
  • In the event that the return is due to reasons attributable to Como un pez en el agua (defective product or not matching the purchased reference), we will cover the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. In that case, you should write to us at hello@comounpezenelagua.com  instead of initiating the request through the portal to manage it.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your package in perfect condition, the warehouse staff will notify us that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition. Then, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order using the same payment method you used for your purchase, deducting the return amount.

The refund payment may take 7-10 business days.

Please be patient, during the summer season, packages may arrive at our warehouse, but it may take a few more days to notify you of the refund due to the large number of packages we receive.

All products purchased at Como un pez en el agua are guaranteed for the period provided by current legislation for manufacturing defects. We have an after-sales service to solve any problem you may have with our items or shipments, through which fast and efficient customer service is offered. Contact hello@comounpezenelagua.com

If you have any problem with the quality of our bikinis, please contact us. If it has arrived unstitched or damaged, we will repair it free of charge. It is important that it still has the label to access the free repair.

The guarantee for products purchased at Como un pez en el agua excludes their replacement in, among others, the following cases:

Deterioration of the product due to misuse.

Deterioration of the garment due to stains from aggressive products (bleach, chlorine, dyes, etc.).

Deterioration of the garment due to washing with inappropriate detergent.

And, in any case, when the damage or deterioration in the sold products occurs due to causes unrelated to Como un pez en el agua.
