How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €50 for all of Spain except the Balearic and Canary Islands.
Orders under that amount have a cost of 3.50 EUR.

Standard shipping to the Balearic Islands is 6.50 EUR.

Standard shipping to the Canary Islands is 8.50 EUR + customs duties and taxes payable by the individual.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.), but never at a post office box.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

The delivery country must always match the purchase country.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, through "my account" in the order history you will be able to see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order information" link in the confirmation email to track it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of product selected, but as it is a handmade production, they can take 2 to 7 working days.
