How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The shipping costs are free for the entire territory. Except Baleares and Canarias Islands.

Shipping Standard Baleares are 7.95 EUR.
Shipping Canarias standard 10.95 EUR + Customs and taxes charged by private individual.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it in the address you choose (address, job, etc.), but never in a post box.

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery is the same of the purchase.

Can I see the status of my order?

Yes, through “my account” in order history you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email to follow up.

How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of product selected. It is a craft production can take from 2 to 7 working days.
